It was demanded we go to varying sources for “fairness” reasons regarding toners n such and I told her I refuse to follow such a foolish policy for these services because all the others have cost us far too much time, resources & energy to rely on them any longer. I also spread good word to the other departments, to include communications, that your services are worthy. I appreciate quality… personally & professionally.
